Way Maker Compassionate Care Services Ltd. was founded out of a deep passion for helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live with dignity, independence, and comfort.
Our founder, Waya Manuel, brings 18 years of professional experience as a Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant and 13 years in home care, supporting clients in their own homes to achieve safety, mobility, and enhanced quality of life.
Beyond professional practice, Waya has nearly 10 years of personal caregiving experience, caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities in her family and community. This unique combination of professional expertise and personal compassion allows Way Maker Compassionate Care Services Ltd. to understand both the clinical and emotional aspects of caregiving.
